Post shabu shabu weigh in. not surprised to see that it's over 70kg. But I loved all those sweet n lovely deserts after a mountain of lamb, beef n chicken.

70.2 kg Lost so far: 15.8 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds lovely. still no pics though 😔. It seems to me you’re bob on with maintenance - a couple of kilos over to a couple of kilos under your target. We’re never going to stay exactly the same weight. Have a great weekend, Willie!

I've never had that sounds interesting. I'm sure there are a few places in Manchester where I could though. Looks like you're keeping on top of things generally so well done. Are you watching the game tomorrow?
