OMG!! We laughed at that one as it's so often true. How are you feeling today, Poppy? 

Oh crap indeed! Up 3.5lbs Finally stopped being sick 😷 My back is really swollen today, so my fluid balance is all over the place. Stuck on the sofa , seeing all the poor people affected by the hurricane , with more storms to come. In my thoughts and prayers Looking round my warm, dry home and thinking how lucky I am. Also, my daughter got her Japanese exam remarked today.. she went up 6 points and got an A*.. couldn't be more proud 😁😁 So tomorrow I will reboot my diet and get back to WOE and recording in my diet diary. Have a friend coming to visit on Monday who I haven't seen since May last year. Next Thursday, I have an excolleague visiting from New Zealand, so we're going to dinner with some other excolleagues , some of us haven't met in a decade. So plenty to look forward to and be grateful for. Have a happy Friday gas friends and keep safe wherever you are 🤗🤗 

Oh dear.. supposed to be fs friends, not gas friends.. maybe a Freudian slip due to my surgery 😉

I'm grand, Poppy. Chilling on our last day here, avoiding the heat as slightly hungover after the Tequila Slammers that seemed such a good idea last night ... 😂
