So many of my friends seem to be struggling. Including me. Many of us are also fighting our own battles, sometimes no one else knows. Family/illness/disability /employment/alcohol past and present, we all have our own issues.
But we struggle together and support each other , whatever our WOE

Phooka and Doobs back op was a bit rubbish, still vomiting and waves of nausea and perspiration today from all the painkillers and sedatives yesterday
Haven't filled in food diary as I've seen most of my food again 😷🤢
