This is how I felt on Thursday.. a friend sent it to me when I was moaning about hunger and reminded me that not too long ago I would have eaten most of these things 😊😊 Thanks to my supportive friends I am no longer that person. Yesterday was a day with a pound for my jar😁😁 I'm learning better habits and today Is a new day😎 Thanks for being there when I needed you fs friends 🤗🤗

So it would be 👌it was only 1 little........ So funny😸. You are right though I too used to start with, well I'll only have one, then maybe seconds would be okay. Journaling my food has really been the eye opener that I needed to help make better eating habits. So aware of what you really are eating is key.

Journaling and keeping track of everything really are the keys!🤦🏻‍♀️When you can see what you are putting into your mouth you can correct it. 🙇🏻‍♀️I used a paper planner to keep track for over two years. Then I got an iPhone and found this app. 🙆🏻Now that I can take it with me, it's a whole other story! LOL I can do it electronically! So I don't have to wait to look up nutrition facts!💁🏻They are there BEFORE I eat it if I want!🤷🏻‍♀️
