Work yesterday was physically demanding, but emotionally inspiring. One of my clients who is diabetic and obese kept going on and on about how "skinny" I'm getting. I've told her about LCHF, and my results have made her a believer. She asked me to give her some references so she can look up the how to's. She's from Bolivia, and speaks a little English, but I was sure there had to be at least as many websites in Spanish as there are in English. Out of curiosity, I googled it, and found that there are. Whew. Since I was so busy, I didn't have time to eat, so I ended up doing a 30 hour fast. But, yeah, I was tired! I made a little dinner, and sat down to catch up on my internet time. The last time I checked the clock, it was 10:30. Next thing I knew, I was waking up in my desk chair, and it was 4:30 AM. UGH!!!!! Kink in the neck, shoulders tight, and feeling completely exhausted. I went to bed, and slept until 10:30. Evidently 6 hours of sleeping slumped in a chair does not constitute *good* sleep. Even though I technically slept 11 hours last night, I feel wrung out. Luckily, I'm off work today, so aside from puttering around the house, I can rest. I might make some LC pasta that I found the recipe for on "She Calls Me Hobbit". Have a great Thursday, Buddies!
