Well. After my carb spike experiment, I'm a little nonplussed. No change in the scales, up or down, and I'm back in ketosis after just 24 hours. I suspect that I didn't load enough carbs to be effective, although it sure felt like it! I also didn't have any of the other 'side effects' people talk about. I'll keep on with the Keto WOE for the week, and try the carb spike again after another 7 days of full ketosis. Have a great weekend, everyone!
