I don't know if the low carb substitutes make carvings ease or increase. The Impastable fettuccine *looks* like pasta, but the flavor and mouth feels are way off. The 1g carb bread looks and feels like bread, but, again, the mouth feel is of. At least toasted, it is.
Still, having a soft boiled egg on toast, my favorite breakfast, is possible again, so I will persevere.
