Still stuck sitting on that plateau (wish I had a better view!) but way better than gaining! I think my body is trying to re-adjust to losing over 20 lbs (yay!!!) We just need to keep focused on our goal...be healthier and lighter one day at a time. I tried to trigger keto but nothing happened so I'm ok with losing half a lb a week for now. Thankfully with low carb it's pretty painless. WE can do this...one day at a time : )

I was thinking of just walking over and pushing you off that darn plateau! I hit one last march and what got me restarted was cutting out all dairy...you know cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, butter, etc. for two weeks. Then I had a whoosh and six pounds fell off all at once, after that I got my dairy back, but I still kept up a loss of almost a pound a week for the next few months, then my carbs started creeping up...well you know the rest of the story LOL

I don't eat meat so honestly dairy is my comfort food and staple but Protein shakes and veggies? Hmmm, may be worth committing to for a week : ) Sounds like a challenge to me!

I cut dairy out of my diet (a year ago) and didn't find it nearly as hard as I was expecting it to be. You already know about plank milk and I think that's 90% of the battle. Other than milk -> plant milk, I can't give a nice neat list of like-for-like replacements, but you can replace the fat that you're losing with olive oil, sliced/mashed avocado (or guacamole), and I think in some cases coconut oil although I haven't tried that myself. So I say go for it, shaking up your diet can keep things fresh and keep you focused.
