Thought I was on track to reboot my body with 20 carbs or less for a week. Come to find out it's more like 5-8 carbs for a full reboot. Doesn't even seem possible but I am NOT giving up because as we all know, when you get to a plateau you have to regroup EVERYDAY and realize even that half lb you lose every week or two adds up and we aren't gaining (most importantly). NEVER EVER GIVE UP!
