I fully understand. Wont be much longer and I will look like an apple on a stick. I have decided that my stomach will be the last to go. My pants are so baggy everywhere but my waist.

Try engaging your core. Steven loyd suggested to me to google hypopressive exercise. It's known to help post natal to get your stomach back from after child birth. The exercises are simple but tricky to me. That dang core is my enemy but I need it to help my posture as well. I've just started the techniques and hopefully I see some results in a month or so. Hope this helps.

Ha ha ha ha omg nyhardhat!! that is great!!.... sunshine. .. I am losing my butt and boobs !!! I'm horrified! stupid stomach is still there.... *sigh* i always had boobs.... now... now they are quickly falling away :( .... but health comes first right? RIGHT????? ... I may turn out flat... but i swear I will have a perky butt!!

LOL! I was all tickled pink that I was loosing so many inches off of my waist I went from a 46 inch waist to a current 37 inch waist....I did a snoopy dance all over the room, then I measured my bust....OMG it was down from 54 inches to 46 inches I had lost 9 in my waist and 8 in my bust, so much for being shaped like Jessica Rabbit :)

Lots of abs/core workouts. I'm addicted to the TRX workouts. Bought a WOSS trainer about a year ago. Huge difference in my fitness.
