Looks like I am slowly getting close to my goal. Not in a rush. Still have over a month to iron out some lumps and bumps. I have recently stated 5-HTP for my anxiety. And together with rescue remedy drops I am slowly feeling calmer. This churning feeling isn’t completely gone yet but it doesn’t fill all of my head space 👍
