My Fitbit charge 3 gave up the ghost about a month ago. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a new one. Been using them since 2012. So I thought I go for a week and see how I feel. And a week turned into a month and I feel liberated 😂 Sounds really silly but for years I took the calorie burn Fitbit gave me as gospel and never really changed my eating habits It’s not that I eat junk food a lot but I was generally eating to what I had burned and expected a weight loss 🤦♀️
