Darn, so annoying thinking you aren't adding any calories using lots of hot sauce! Lesson learned.

I use real hot sauce with just the peppers, etc. lower sodium too Cholula or Tapitio

Yes, liquid margarine shouldn't be in hot sauce 🙄

Neither should soybean oil! Try Tabasco, Secret Aardvark or a number of others. Peppers and vinegar and some spices should be about it.
