Just got done a 2 day fast. I noticed on the send day I was thirst all the time, despite constantly drinking fluids. Guess that's normal?

Today's post shovel breakfast. Rolled oats, apple, cinnamon, flax seed , oat milk , and organic maple syrup. Delicious and WFPB compliant

I just got done watching "You are what you eat" on Netflix. I generally follow a WFPB diet but have slipped the last couple weeks. Watching this re-invigorates my committment to this way of eating.

For 2024 I am going to try to apply Minfulness to eating. Chew very deliberately to allow salive to begin digestion. Swallow . Pause . Tatse . Then begin again. Too often I am on the second bite before the first is done.
