Glad to be in the eighties!! I tend to lose a few pounds all of a sudden, and then plateau for a week or longer afterward, if I have been staying close to my plan. These are the best of times, so I will celebrate today.

I had stopped my food journal for awhile, thinking that after 9 months of weight loss I knew what I needed to do. The pounds that slowly started coming back told another story, but I listened to it. The tracking and the adherence to a figure that works for me (1100 calories daily) have brought me back again, renewed the faith. Good luck on your journey!
