I've gained far too many (about 6) lbs over the last 5 weeks, and am soooo feeling it in my clothes :( I was fitting into a size 10 jeans for the first time in about 9 years, now i'm back up to a 12! I didn't realise 6lbs could make such a difference. Back on it today. I did very well yesterday until my partner mentioned an Indian for tea. DOH.

I can be really good during the day but come evening I seem to lose my willpower! I've given up buying the kids stocking filler chocolates until Christmas eve...I've already had to replace them 3 times! If it's in the house i'll eat it! Come January I am not allowing bad foods in my house.
