Okay, it is time for me to stop the madness.
I am eating terribly.....last night I ate four of this breakfast biscuit cookie-like items. The first one was good, so I ate the entire packet. I usually eat two at the most. This morning I ate two slices of bread and two eggs. Now I feel stuffed. This is not the way I want to feel.
I brought strawberries for snack/lunch. I want to take a break from bread and focus on eating fruits, veggies, eggs and selected meats. I will track how it makes me feel.
I haven't exercised in months. Today, I am going to rejoin Sanderson so I can walk inside. If I lived near a mall, I wouldn't have to pay to walk indoors. I pray I will be able to add to the walking, weights and a class. Who knows? I know I will see progress if I can become consistent. Today is a new day. I will report in tomorrow how my walking at Sanderson went.

I am so proud! I started walking (counting steps) and I will continue that work-related challenge. Finally getting back into the 150s and leaving the 170s is a major deal for me. My goal of 150 is doable! Next mini goal is 155
