weight holding on well reducing at very low rate almost steady. Diet is the new norm don't feel like am dieting any more I got used to the new food system even created new recipes that I like that I did not before. I have not update d for along time lets keep winning the good fight.

HEY BUDDIES GOT A NEW MORE SENIOR ROLE. TAKING OVER HAS BEEN A JOB BY ITSELF.THE NEW CONTROL AND SO MANY REPORTS I HAVE TO CHOOSE WHO TO KNOW AND WHO TO DO WHAT WITH.JOB 24/7, CONSULTATIONS, MEETINGS, DESITIONS ETC.THINGS GOING ON WELL.

STILL ON MAINTENANCE DIET STILL LOOSING WEIGHT NOT MUCH TIME TO KEY IN AS IT WERE. STILL STRICKLY TAKE 3 HOURS ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY TO RIDE MY BIKE IHAVE RECENTLY FOUND THIS TO BE GOOD FOR MY MIND TO ORGANISE FOR THE NEXT WEEK.

BUT I STILL KEEP THE FAITH WISH YOU ALL WELL!!

3kg/ 6 pounds to go now settled on my new WOE returned some meals I had to forego in smaller portions also practicing exercise and calory cycling so I can also enjoy stake roast. Tiz been a good journey, won the good fight. mainly interested in maintenance now. Thanks to all FS buddies who have been with me still check out your posts yeah.
