I've got the hungries today. It's so annoying. I guess today will be a higher calorie day. I went to the grocery store and resisted any keto ice cream and cookies! No need for that junk while I'm cutting. I might try to go full lion diet for 15 days starting June 1. anyone with me? Tigger loves the beef! This is a burger patty with onions and some white cheddar. It was really good.

Cheese omlet with a little hot sauce. Sausage or steak for dinner. I worked my butt off yesterday moving two mattresses to different rooms my myself. I'm not as soar today as I thought I would be. Carrying Tigger on my walks has built my upper body!

Almost, I'm so close! I'm trying to walk a little more, and I've been carrying my 15lb doggie kettle bell while walking 🤣. I focus on posture and strengthening my core. Carrying Tigger has for sure made me stronger. he's old and only walks so far on some days. My goal was to fit in my clothes and wear my rings again. I tried on my rings, and they can almost go over my knuckles. I can get them on but don't like tight things. So, a few more pounds by my bday. I've got 3 weeks till I'm done! Then, maintenance. let's do this!!!!
