Morning everyone,
Tried to stay consistent with food last week , with a few treats - to keep my sweet tooth happy ..😃
A week of cardio helped too I recon ..
Hoping next my finger would of healed so I can ease back into doing weights ..👍
Have a great week everyone.. and fingers crossed the pollen starts to lower - cos my hay fever has been awful this year .. 🤧..gx

Morning everyone it’s been a while since I’ve logged in … but I’m trying to get back into some kind of routine .. and hoping the next few weeks will see a difference in myself physically & mentally … I’ve got this 👍..gx

Morning everyone.. rehab week went ok .. feel sore , but it’s a start .. goals this week coming ? 🤔

1..30 mins cardio a day
2..3litres of water a day
3.. try and stay positive and keep anxiety levels to a minimum..

Morning everyone.. been a long week ( online training course ) and I’m useless with computers 😢..

So back to work on a rehab duty after 5 months off next week 😭…so I’m hoping my weight should start to drop more long term .. but I’m not rushing it 👍
