This reminds me not to eat the same amount as my dad..xD I'm doing diet with my dad but he lost a lot more than me obviously because mrn need more calories than womem do..
But I told my dad I will eat what I need from now on and no more..xD

Ate the same and gained 100gr.. But I don't feel bad at all.. lol :)

Yesterday was a tough day. My sister made a banana cake and had chips with my cousin but I managed to control my cravings. :)
Nothing much happened today so I just spent time with my guinea pigs in our living room. I love watching them popcorning. <3

Today is day 7 and I lost 3.5 kg!! (around 7 pounds) I'm so proud of myself! I feel like I can reach my ultimate goal which is 50-55 kg before leaving for Japan. lmao
