Really happy I lost this week. I had my first binge in about a month on one day (fish and chips abd a lot of chocolate) but I've been sensible the rest of the week. I'm really happy I seem to be losing every week. At my heaviest I was convinced I wouldn't be able to lose it. Calorie counting does help me :)

Pretty good week this week. Had a typical week with nothing too interesting going on. I have about 1,300 calories a day but feeling a bit tired in the evenings so may try upping my food at lunch.

I always weigh on a Thursday morning. Good progress losing my holiday weight. Feel more positive eating well and doing my daily Yoga again.

After staying at my dads, a wedding and going to Amsterdam for a few days I've put on again. That's fine. I didn't want to obsess over calorie counting whilst away and now I'm paying the price for it. Back on it now and going swimming with my mum soon.
