I went to the gym today... I plan to do an at home workout tonight too. I made guacamole yesterday, so lunch was easy today. Guac and cucumber slices. Yum

My favorite snack. I usually splash lemon juice or acv for a kick of flavor.

I work out almost daily and I have been eating very carefully. I stopped eating gluten and my energy levels are slowly increasing.

I'm looking forward to another good week.

I am joining a gym with childcare today. Now I can actually go no matter what. Dh and I are starting a 30 day challenge. My new starting weight is 166.6. Let's see how low I can go in the next 30 days...
