I stopped filling in my food diary for a while; thought I didn't need to...So a few bad foods started to creep back into my diet - but at least I have noticed in time to avoid gaining anything. I will not be fat again, its just too bloody hard to lose it! :-)

I've been doing a LOT of baking recently, practising for Christmas - lemon curd, cupcakes, welshcakes, choc chip shortbreads, peanut butter cookies, to name a few. OBVIOUSLY Thhey need to be tested - a lot - at various points, bowls licked etc..... I've also noticed I've had a lot of hypoglycaemic crashes...think they two are related??? Time to quit those sugars, they are wreaking havoc with my body...Anyone else struggle trying to manage a sweet tooth?

Ok, help!
I have started to see a few old bad habits creeping in, and I am scared that I will go and ruin all my hard work over Christmas, you know how hard it is when you are trying to be good. Sometimes I wish Christmas was less about unconsciously scoffing junk food, and feverishly spending, more about remembering how lucky we are.
