I've have to stop my dieting over the last 2 weeks due to bad health .. I am on slow road to recovery after having covid and other health issues .. so I am taking dieting and exercise out of the question as I don't want to over do myself ...

would like to start by saying thank you to everyone who has supported me and the lovely comments non my last post ...

weigh in today .. I have not lose or gain anything this week because I not going to be hard on myself as I have not been well all week . but i have manage still to go out for walks but didn't really go far but yesterday I manage to walk 6 miles which I was tired when I got home .. .. but going to try to do more this week

i didn't think I would lose weight in my first week of my dieting but I manage to lose 6.6lb which In my eye I think it's amazing .. I am so proud of myself ... just 26kg to go !!

onwards and upward .. you can do this !!
