I've been trying to do more cardio this week and glad to see it's paid off by at least one pound! Because the snow meant no running outside for me, I upped my gym treadmill time to 20 mins. I'll keep that up as seems to be doing something :D

The cold weather is making me crave carbs! So dinner is boiled potatoes, oven baked carrot batons (they needed using) with pinto beans in a tomato sauce flavoured with italian herbs.

Had a crazy week and weekend. Lots of steps and not much eating during the work week as I was down in London but the weekend was indulgent. So it balanced out and I lost a little. Would really like to be under 10 stone again. I just really love food and beer 😂

Gained a little but indulged a little on the weekend and had a stressful day on Monday so had cake and dark chocolate 😅
