I did it! My first goal was to lose a stone for my holiday and tonight at slimming world I got my stone award! Plus an extra cheeky half pound off! Still another 3 weeks till my holiday so going to try for a wee bit more. Still quite a way to my target but every little counts! It's my dad's 62nd birthday today so going to treat myself to a wee bit of chocolate birthday cake and some cream!

My Boyfriend was home from work, he's only home once a month for 6 days so I would rather enjoy my time with him than focus on my diet. Back on it yesterday so looking for a good loss next week . . only 34 days till my holiday and hoping for at least another 7lbs by then!

Delighted with my 3 pound weight loss last night at slimming world. Joined 5 weeks ago with the intention of losing a stone for my holiday in June (which is still 8 weeks away). Another 3 pounds off last night takes me to a total of 10 and a half in 5 weeks. Looks like I'm going to get my stone off in no time . . and hopefully a bit more by the 23rd of June! Another great thing happened yesterday too . . bought a dress in a size down . . (size 12 as I am usually a 14) received it yesterday and I have to send it back as it is too BIG!!! Will be ordering the size 10. Actually don't think I've ever owned a piece of clothing in a size 10 although I must admit that I do think the dress is big made as a 12 would usually fit me ok but just be a bit on the tight side . . this one was like a tent! :D Good luck this week folks. We can do this when we put our minds to it!

My goal this week was to lose half a pound to take me to my half a stone and I've managed to lose a pound even though my OH was home from work. We had a takeaway, BBQ and a wedding last weekend. I stuck to it 100% other than that and it has paid off. :D Ordered myself a pair of Clarks sandals tonight that I have wanted for ages for our holiday in June as my treat! Have to think what I'm going to treat myself to for my stone off . . only 6 and a half more pounds till my next milestone! Sounds better than saying I still have three stone to lose!
