I am going through a bad patch don't like this hot weather eating a lot of icecream can't believe I have weighed at 10st.9.1/4

I am really disappointed as I have been so good as I have stayed the same but I am not going to give in my body is testing me

I have shown a gain of 2lb I have had a bad couple of days just had my cateract done last week so rather uptight didn't stay on my diet I will weigh again on the 1st July

my weight is showing I have lost only 3/4lb but I have lost hope its better next week always remember I used to be 190lbs
