4,000 steps walk with dog. Went to Norwich to buy a new Gti sports car. Will pick it up next Saturday. Top speed 142 m.p.h and 0 to 60 in 6.5 secs. no migraine

Who knows if anything is true? As NATO and America push us ever closer to World war three. Is it worth bothering to diet? Should we now feed til we bust? Eat eat eat BOOM!! Feeling good still taking magnesium and no migraine.

Another day another dollar. Carbs and calories were very low yesterday and other than feeling hungry I was fine. So today another low carb day but will try to eat more calories. Magnesium and Vit B again so hopefully no migraine?
Oh dear! Just eaten lunch bangers and mash and suffering from feeling full and sick, too much fat perhaps? No migraine

Steps this morning 2,013 to town and back. Dog is in kennels for a few days so I'm lazy. Still taking magnesium 100mgs four times a day so no migraine. Also taking B complex.
