normal weigh in is Monday, but the beauty of not being at a class is I can chose not to record it as it was up, been good up to today okay and that and some has gone. I hope to drop under the next stone by the weekend, which will be brilliant, but for now just under a lb loss.

food is guess work as was out at an event and cannot be bothered to try explain what a small quiche (bitesize style) would be so just picked a couple of high end things from M&S just for calories. It would be nice sometimes just to be able to record calories but without actually putting in the foods.

Did wonder if there was going to be a loss this week, mid week weigh wasn't looking good. Less than a lb but I'll take it.

Woo Hoo, we walked 26.2 miles on Saturday night in the SHINE overnight marathon. You can see our progress on https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/Zoe-Michelle-walk (you may have to copy and paste the address to see it).
