I normally dont weight myself mid week but i am so happy that the weight is finally shifting. I am doing something right over the last couple of weeks. I have finally got below 206, i have been battling to get under that milestone for months! Im hopeful that if I keep it up I can loose a stone by xmas!

I am trying something slightly different this week. I am trying HipHop Abs by Shaun T and his exercise schedule but still adding my exercise bike, strength training and walking.
Ive also reduced my calorie intake down to 1000 calories. I hope this results in a good weigh loss come saturday.

i didnt weight myself today. I ate a 12" inch pizza during the week and dare not look.
Ill look next sat after i have made sure i am good all week.
