I have been trying à calorie deficit for a week and a half and have seen no change so far if anything I have put on some weight. I am currently eating under 1600 Cals a day as I wanted to try and introduce a sustainable change and not a harsh diet. However after no progress I’m thinking of dropping down to 1300 cals to see how that goes. I haven’t been able to implement any exercise but hope to start using an exercise bike next week. Any advice is welcome. I’m mostly pescatarian but on occasion eat chicken 😂🤣 a) because I really fancy it sometimes and b) to try and get some easy protein 🫣
