Getting near to my body-set-weight which is the easy part - getting down below 65 is harder, but I think I'm on a roll, I've completely changed the way I eat,- going for a 'one meal a day' diet which i want to sustain forever - and I have stopped eating my husband's diet - that really helps. - makes dinnertimes a bit odd though - specially since I am also trying to eat my main meal earlier in the day - this has been proven to be better for weight loss and metabolism.

Rough day - market and shopping - but I was strong, and even gave the biscuit with my coffee to my husband and did NOT eat it myself - I feel so proud!

I always hate it when they say 'you are loosing weight too rapidly' - no i am not, the first kilo or two is water weight and comes of easily, - getting told this by a robot is so demotivating that it annoys me. does anyone else get this?

Right, I'm back again, I let my weight and health get out of hand again - a gastronomic holiday in France - now I need to take back control and hope for a bit of support and hope to find new friends along the way - looking forward to meeting you all,
