Big weekend ahead - meal out tomorrow night so perusing the menu now so I can plan my calories for the rest of the day around it.
Saturday however, hen party that kicks off at 3pm so no chance of sticking to planned calorie intake. . . But I’m ok with that. Life is for living and I refuse to be the boring one sat with a sparkling water and a lettuce leaf not joining in any games coz I’m stone cold sober 😉🤪

Does anyone know how I change from this rather crude looking banana to a picture of my actual face? 😂
Finally getting my head back in the game after giving birth 6 months ago. First 1 1/2 stone came off slowly just with general adjustment to life with a baby. Hopefully the next 3 1/2 will come off easier with proper nutrition and plenty of walks with the pram 😀
