kind of tired of this up/down/all around stuff with the IT box (161.6 this morning). BUT I have to keep on keeping on, I can't give up now.

looks like IT box showed a down number BUT I don't feel less. I feel a bit bloated and yuck. But I have my weight loss appt today I'll see what their scale shows. It is normally higher than mine plus I weigh in at 430pm fully clothed which adds a few pounds. I'll keep on keeping on, but as I said I feel yuck today.

Ok, seems like the IT box is showing a lower number this morning. Yesterday was a tough day. It has been so HOT here and I was working outside. I don't know if I can take too much of this brutal heat. Might have to modify my work schedule. Hope ALL is well in FS Land & Take care to ALL ;)

well finally the IT box shows a little down in the number. I'm doing ok, just want to be below the 60s then it will be the 50s then 40s. would like to stay between 138 -142, seems to be the best for me. I"ll continue to hang in there. I don't know if I could except that I have support of my boss & coworker that are doing this with me and they are loosing and so very positive. ALso being here helps.

scale 166.2 ticker 165.4 I'll post what the weight loss clinic shows later today but I know it is more than what it is here. I'm a bit down today but at least I have the day off work and some new kitties to keep me company. Take care to ALL
