I just turned 49. I am married with a 23 yr old daughter and 31 yr old son. My battle with weight is definitely because I crave cake, cookies and candy and can't control my portions!! I can eat a half of a can of frosting as a snack! I've done well since I've been tracking my food here. When I get back to the gym I'll be doing even better!

I also have a pug named Duke. He will be 5 in Feb and is an absolute joy:)
