I'm an energetic person, love family get togethers, especially with my 3 grandchildren. They keep me active.
I'm health conscious (not too extreme) and weight conscious. I work out 3 days a week aerobics and weights and also walk. Just have to lose 7 lbs. However, my main concern is now high cholesterol, high triglicerides and borderline glucose. Ugh! My plan is to incorporate some immediate changes, ie, brown rice, more fiber, 100% whole wheat bread,cereal and pasta and fresh fruits and veges and less fat and sugar.
