Hi, I've been a yo-yo dieter most of my adult life :-( Over the last 35 years my weight has gone up and down and back up again! I gain only a couple of stone each time but its still a bit more to loose next time I get motivated to do something about it. My dieting life hit rock bottom in September 2014 with my weight hitting 13 stone !! Too heavy for my height and I was in so much discomfort so I desperately tried to loose weight in the new year, but it's so much harder the older you get! Then in March 2015 I joined my first ever slimming club - The best thing I did this year :-)
In 6 months I lost an amazing 2.5 stone, then in December 2015 - 3 Stone :-)
I am currently maintaining my 3 stone loss.
