Hi, I'm a 57yo married father with two children. Last year I underwent two surgeries and lost 55 pounds because of it. I like the weight I am at, I just wanna watch what I eat and do better. FS is cool for monitoring your diet. The website and the app both have their own advantages, so I use both.

Im 59 now, had another surgery and put on a few pounds. Now Im Intermittent Fasting by doing the Stop Eat Stop method twice weekly. I am also consuming the Mediterranean Diet and this WOE on my Eat days! Stay tuned to see if this works!
