1. I indulge without overindulging and that’s just fine.
2. Food is not an enemy. It doesn’t have feelings and it’s not out to sabotage me.
3. It’s MY journey. I’ll post what I want. Don’t like it, don’t read it. Pretty simple.
4. I don’t do high school girl drama. I’m way too awesome for that.
5. I will always try to be encouraging but not at the expense of being fake so don’t ask for my opinion unless you really want it.

When I want advice, I’ll ask. Not to be a prick but I’m not interested in most suggestions. Majority of the time the unsolicited advice is pure nonsense. (Yep, that was a prick-ish way to put that). I will extend the same courtesy... I won’t give advice unless asked directly or you have posted asking a question that I may have some info on.
