I am really passionate about fitness and health and I am always looking to broaden my knowledge in these fields and to find the most effective ways to reach a goal.
After years spent in the gym and having reached a point where I couldn't see any results, I decided to study and become a Personal Trainer.
I now have a much better insight about how to exercise and how to eat in order to achieve my goals.
I think there is a lot of information out there, but it is important to distinguish the good advice by the bad one. Also, bare in mind that we are all different, we want to achieve different things and our bodies react in different ways so, what is good for one person, may not be good for everybody.
