👍 just mix the eggs with some salt, pepper, and spices, (I put in a drop of soya milk in too), mix, then pour over muffin tins pre prepped with a spray of 1 cal coconut spray, chopped cooked chicken and raw veggies. Then pop a bit of goats cheese on top & bake for about 18 mins at 200, in the middle of the oven.👍
