Hi Phooka, no not at all, local fish from Cape town, delious and healthy, used to fry it in light oil, have changed my habits to rather have grilled or oven baked.

Sorry, I didn't mean oily in a bad way, I meant oily like salmon or mackerel are classed as oily fish.

no problem, only issuse has long bones, but enjoyable...SA has this Listerious going around in enterprise polony, but i do not processed meats anymore the chicken, mutton sausages, and feel great, however i do have the ostrish mince and sausages plain once in a while, leaner and less fatty than others.
