Tomorrow is weigh day!!

I'm actually excited to get on the scales tomorrow, I feel good this week! It sounds mad no doubt, but I feel like I've lost weight this week. I feel slimmer and lighter. But we shall see!

Awww thank you! I'm trying to be positive and keep my mind happy rather than beating myself up if I have a "bad" week. Keto is teaching me how to be kind to myself
