Good morning to all my fs friends I've been mia.. here is a photo of me with my bestie fir our spa day on Monday.. started the day with brunch, then spa, then off to the pub fir a lovely hot soup ( the bar at the spa was too cold🤣) At a conference on Wednesday, migraine injections and my daughter's 16th birthday! Phew! Also, waiting fir replacement scales from Amazon fir the bathroom and need a new battery fir kitchen scales, hence no recording 😞 Don't like thus and need to get back to measuring and recording asap. Have a fantastic Friday buddies 🤗👍👍

A very busy time Doobs and off to Plymouth uni open day tomorrow .. the last one! Phew! And phooka will be mad busy with the new iPhone launch I hope new scales will be delivered in time fir this weekend when the challenge finishes Well done on your BMI, great achievement 👏👏🎉🎉🤗
