I am getting better at tracking everything!!!

It is so easy to pop something in your mouth and then completly forget about it!! I have a little notpad lying in the kitchen now and just before I consume I put the item on the scale, scribble it down and enjoy.

1272kcal is another low in my books, but having cramps seems to curb my appetite. Good thing as I was sort of lazy yesterday. I popped over to my house straight after work. What I didn't expect was the 5 marrows that greeted me. Guess I have my weekend cut out for me trying to use them up ;).
Did the usual afternoon walk with the woowoos, but since LB is still busy building his sons kitchen, I decided to spend the two hours he was home with him. Cup of fennel tea at the dinning room table catching up on each others life :)
He left again at 6pm. I did 30 minutes of yoga, had a lovely shower, washed and blow dried my hair, put some comfy stuff on and had a TV dinner.
Just what the doctor ordered!!

But I am not sleeping well in the moment. Takes ages to go to sleep and then I woke up again @ 4 needing the bathroom. *sigh* Less tea at night?!

Planning to go up to Edinburgh at the end of the month to see my daughter.
And it is Thursday already:
