OK back at work and fairly determined to be good. Just finished lunch of salad and wafer thin ham and tbl of sour cream. So far lunch done and 605 calories used.
Just need to maintain this for 700 more days and I reckon we're good.

Extra note, just logged everything that I've eaten today and genuinely I'm not hungry. I know that is probably a third of what I normally eat in a day, so why have I chosen the wrong foods for 5 years!
