D day Zero days to go!! Still 6.9 lbs to go, but I can work on that after the wedding ( thanks Doobrie) Only gained back half a pound after 3 hour fast 😁😁 18:6 yesterday
Thanks for all the Support fs friends, couldn't have done this without you ❤️🤗 2 airport runs yesterday Nothing in food diary, but had nuts and cheese for lunch and stew with 1 dumpling for dinner at 10pm
All of my aunties said I'd lost loads of weight. They all said I looked "mighty" which means really good or great. No one said anything l looked "well" which means "well-fed/fat ( my family were farmers, funny how words have different meanings.)
They all remarked on how I'd lost loads of weight. One of my cousins commented she'd walk past me in the street
Phooka, I remembered what you said. When people commented on my losing loads of weight I replied " thank you. Yes, I've lost lots of weight for my joints. I still have 2 back operations to go, so I hope to lose a bit more"
Got the outfit sorted.. bargain cardigan reduced from 70 to 25 and £45 shoes for 13 quid
Off to have makeup done at 9am Wedding at 1pm
I thought I'd treat myself to crusty white toast today.. not hungry and can't bring myself to eat the bread.. so tea with milk and a pint of water and ACV for me
Just got to prep slow cooker meal for the family from my new book ( thanks ffbb)
