snacking on a tuna steak I cooked yesterday. I'm pretty up to my calories for the day and still feeling hungry so a time when it is easy to go to the biscuit tin. I got taken out for a meal today and was offered wine, with a vegetable wellington and chocolate fudge sundae. I opted for diet coke, salmon salad and frozen strawberry yogurt. I've got to say, my option was delicious but I can't help mourning what I could have had.
