feel like I've had a better day today and my will power to resist cakes is improving. celebrated with my daughter today after she received a triple distinction with her college results. went to a cafe to celebrate - I was surrounded by cakes and sandwiches and chose lentil soup. it was very nice but not quite the same. anyway, if it means reducing the calorie intake and eating more healthy, it has to be worth it.

Well done you! I'd have really struggled with that decision as I have a terrible sweet tooth. Cake maybe on a treat day?
